Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

Contact kartse customer support for the return acceptanace. Once customer return request accepted he will recieve a mail with return pickup confirmation. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

We will create return pickup once it get accepted but if reverse pickup service not available at customer address then he need to arrange return the item by itself. To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging mail your return to the respective seller address mentioned at the shipping label. Customer can also contact to customer support for any assistance.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.

 

EXCHANGE

If customer request for exchange then in that case a new item will ship once the return recieved at us.
